Hello Fresh, first order ever!

So I ordered a few meals from Hello Fresh after receiving a good coupon deal. This is the first one I have prepared. Creamy pesto and pork pasta with spinach and parmesan. Proposed as 30 minute prep time it did deliver. The instructions were clear and concise, the ingredients still in good shape after 4 days in the fridge following a morning delivery.

First step, asssemble the ingredients (minus the ground pork that was chilling in the fridge).

Everything from the brown paper bag.

Net is the basic noodle prep and cooking the meat and sauce ingredients.

Chop the veggies.
Fry the ground pork, diced onion then add the garlic puree and flour.

Add the veggies to the meat mixture.

Add the meat sauce to the pot of noodles, stir and serve! I put together a solid dinner plate with two medium lunch servings to take to wok this week. That makes the cost somewhat reasonable with the convenience and lack of food waste. Stay tuned for more meals!
